JOIN US FOR FUGITIVE LANDSCAPES: LAND AS A FUTURE ARCHIVE OF RESISTANCE, RENEWAL, & REGENERATION

An immersive event exploring land, memory, and transformation
Detroit Windmill Sculpture & Innovation Park / C. A. N. Art Handworks

Presented by Hosted in collaboration with Detroit Vacant Land CDC, which champions the preservation and beautification of Detroit’s vacant land and Haus of Imagination, a conceptual studio, Fugitive Landscapes invites you into a living artwork—where wind, sound, sculpture, and story converge on a once-vacant lot, now reimagined as a beacon of sustainability and creative land use.

Set within the Detroit Windmill Sculpture & Innovation Park, home to a patented low-level wind turbine invented by Carlos Nielbock, Fugitive Landscapes offers a glimpse into the radical potential of re-imagining what others leave behind.

Come witness what happens when imagination meets infrastructure.
